Hillary is Managing Director of Cheval Capital. She has been an investment banker since 1990, completing M&A transactions and arranging financing for a number of companies including Nextel Communications, NTT/Verio and The Endurance International Group.
As a former CFO, Hillary specializes in structuring financial solutions that meet clients' strategic and operational objectives. As an Internet services veteran, she has been active in the web hosting M&A arena since the industry's inception. She maintains long-term relationships with a wide network of prospective buyers and sellers and closely monitors valuation, technology and pricing trends. She is a popular conference speaker who has led panels and workshops at HostingCon, the SWSoft Partner Summit and other events.
